2-Hour Ultimate “Race Weekend” Private Event Deposit

This is not just a casual driving session. This is a fully hosted Grand Prix-style private party with timed runs, grid formation, sprint races, and a championship grand finale. Your group enters the paddock like professional athletes, even if half the field still needs an automatic transmission.
The energy stays high, the racing gets competitive fast, and yes, the pressure is absolutely real.
What’s Included
Your private party includes:
- Private studio access — the lounge is yours with no walk-ins and no interruptions
- 30 minutes of early access for setup before your event
- A fully hosted Race Weekend program run by our staff
- Timed qualifying-style runs
- Grid formation and organized race flow
- Sprint races leading into a championship finale
- 4 to 6 racing rigs used for official races
- 1 to 2 open-practice rigs running continuously for extra seat time between sessions, depending on the race grid setup. There are six total rigs available for your event.
We handle the flow, the grids, the timing, and the chaos. You bring the drivers.
Pricing
The standard 2-hour private party rate is:
$699 for prime time
Prime time includes 6 PM and later Monday through Friday, and weekends.
Lower rates may be available for off-peak hours.
Optional add-ons:
- Add a 3rd hour: $250
- Additional drivers: $49 per driver for the 2-hour event
- Additional driver 3rd-hour add-on: $19 per driver
Prize Options

We offer optional prize packages that can be awarded to the winners, shared with everyone, or combined with your own prize pool. Whether it is bragging rights, driving sessions, or something your group brings in, the racing gets very real once something is on the line.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time.
The remaining 50% balance is due at the end of the party.
Additional Policies & Possible Fees
Basic cleanup is included with your private event (trash, wiping tables). We want everyone to have fun, but guests are expected to treat the lounge, simulator rigs, equipment, and staff with respect. If the lounge is left excessively dirty, requires extra cleaning, or has spills, food mess, confetti, glitter, decorations, or trash left behind, additional fees may apply.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Excessive cleaning: starting at $75
- Damage to equipment or studio property: repair or replacement cost
- Late departure or unscheduled overtime: billed in 15-minute increments
- Unapproved food, drinks, decorations, glitter, confetti, or messy materials
- Additional drivers beyond the included party size
Food, drinks, decorations, and prize setups are welcome with prior approval. Drinks and food must stay in designated areas and away from the simulator rigs.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 14 days of the event. Rescheduling may be available with advance notice and is subject to availability.
