Orders and Shipping

That depends on where you live and what shipping method you choose. We ship everything from our warehouse in Vero Beach, FL. Typically, orders for items that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days. If items in the order are on backorder, the entire shipment will be shipped when all items are back in stock.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee a change can be made. If an address correction/change can be made, there may be an additional fee.

Absolutely not!! Well… not exactly anyway. We don’t store any credit card information, but using Stripe for our payment processor allows you to securely store your credit card info with them and tie it to your Eat Sleep Sim Repeat account. It’s totally seamless and secure!

Yes, of course! Any orders purchased at our retail store or on our website and shipped to Florida, or picked up, will incur a 7% Florida sales tax.

We currently only ship orders within the United States.

It depends on what you order. We try to ship orders as efficiently as possible. Sometimes that means everything is in one box, and sometimes it means multiple boxes. Drop us an email if you’re concerned about how your order will ship.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase(s) made at Eat Sleep Sim Repeat within 15 days from delivery or pick up. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns that are not defective. Any shipping charges or costs will not be refunded, and shipping items back to us is at the customer’s expense. If you are shipping items back to us, we highly encourage you to choose a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for damages or delivery errors for any items shipped to or from us.

If this was an error on our part, please reach out to us via email, phone, or Discord and we’ll get you all squared away immediately!

First, please take pictures of any damage to the packaging and products. Second, email us those photos and we’ll work on getting a claim submitted with our shipping carrier.

Sometimes. If we allow an item to be Pre-ordered, it will say it on the product page. We do also allow backorders for some items when we already expect those items to be back in stock soon.
