Return Policy

Guarantee of satisfaction

Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase(s) made at Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC within 15 days from delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns that are not defective. Your initial shipping charge will not be refunded either.

Return policy
If you find products purchased from our web site do not perform to your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return within 15 days from receipt, unused merchandise in original packaging including the complete accessories for a refund (minus return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee)

If the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning the item. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded as that money has already been paid out to the shipping provider to deliver your item.

Replacement: If you’d like to consider a replacement item, please create a return for the original order (The original order must be unused merchandise in original packaging including the complete accessories) and place another replacement order . We’ll get your replacement order shipped right away and refund your original order as soon as we receive it (The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning the item).

Damaged or defective products
If you need to return goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, please contact us at info@eatsleepsimrepeat.com to start the RMA process.

During the first 15 days, Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC will cover the return shipping costs. Please pay attention that Simshop LLC can only take over the expense for the Standard / Ground shipping. If the return falls outside of this period, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back for repair.

If a replacement is approved for defective products, during the first 15 days, Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC will cover the replacement shipping costs. Please pay attention that Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC can only take over the expense for the Standard / Ground shipping. If the replacement falls outside of this period, the customer is responsible to pay shipping for warranty replacement order.

Returned products will be inspected and repaired, replaced or refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to cover the cost of any defective products.
We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from a source other than Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC.
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
If the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund. Customers will be responsible for parts and labor for all repairs if this is the case.

All Conspit products purchased from Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC are entitled for 1 year warranty from the date of original purchase on the hardware except for the wear and tear of materials such as leather, suede, alcantara.

Refunds
Your original form of payment will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping all costs and a 15% restocking fee (when applicable).

Payment will be made when Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC has received and processed your returned item.

Please remember that payment companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.

Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy.

No price adjustments:
Eat Sleep Sim Repeat LLC will not adjust the price customer paid if the item goes on sale after customer’s purchase. 

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

If the shipping tracking number says a package has been delivered but you have not received your order, here is the procedure we follow:

1. First, we ask you to check with anyone else who to receives mail at the shipping address and we ask that if possible to talk to your delivery person to see where they delivered the package. This often solves the missing package issue. We also ask that you check with your neighbors to see if they might have received it.

2. Second, we wait 3 business days for the package to show up from a delayed delivery, neighbor or other person who may have received it.

3. Next, after 3 business days we open a lost package case with the carrier to see if the GPS location of the delivery scan matches the address you gave us on the order.

If the GPS delivery scan matches your address then it is assumed your responsibility for the lost package as we can prove delivery by GPS location to the correct address. We do not reship orders if the GPS delivery scan matches the shipping address. Please file a police report for stolen packages.

If the GPS delivery scan shows that the carrier did not deliver it to shipping address then we will reship your package ASAP with a signature required and file a missing package claim with the carrier on our end.
